Between the Tracks

She skipped school to lose her virginity on the old train tracks.

He’d brought a pillow and blanket for her comfort. They undressed together—her cotton panties tickling her skin as she dragged them down her thighs. He kept his shirt on. 

He laid her down and positioned himself on top of her, holding the rail on either side. He kissed her passionately to distract her as he pushed between her legs. She winced at the sharp pinch inside her.

They moved together—the rhythm of a locomotive. She chooed in delirium, and a passing, stray dog howled with her.
